How can I place an order? +

Browse products, add items to your cart and complete checkout. A confirmation email is sent after purchase.

What payment methods do you accept? +

Will I be charged customs fees? +

Customers are responsible for customs duties and import charges. Unpaid duties may result in returned or abandoned parcels, which are not refundable.

How long wil my order take? +

Due to high demand and order volume, processing times can take up to 6 weeks. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You will receive an update once your order has been shipped.

Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch. Use them via the courier’s tracking system.

What is your return policy? +

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged items. Submit clear images via the contact form for review.

Can I cancel or change an order? +

Contact us immediately. You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a change or cancellation. After this window, the order enters production and cannot be modified. Please note that changes are not guaranteed once processing begins.
