Cancellation & order changes

We aim to process orders quickly.

You may request a cancellation or modification within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order enters production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

 

Returns & exchanges

All products are made to the measurements shown in the size guide on the product page.

Customers are responsible for checking sizing before purchase.

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.

 

Damaged or faulty items

We only accept returns where items are damaged or faulty upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos for review.

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.

 

Refunds

If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

 

EU customers – Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@suwar.co. You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

 

Return conditions (EU withdrawals only)

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Personalised items (e.g. jerseys with custom name/number) are exempt under Article 16(c) of the Directive
  • Items not meeting these conditions may be rejected or refunded partially

Return shipping (EU withdrawals)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

 

Refund process (EU withdrawals)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days.

Refunds include the product price and standard shipping cost only. Express or upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.
