Shipping policy

How long does it take to receive my order?

Due to high demand, orders may take up to 6 weeks to be manufactured and delivered. We appreciate your patience during this process.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

 

What is your cancellation and modification policy?

We aim to begin processing orders quickly.

You may request a cancellation or change within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, your order enters production and can no longer be changed or cancelled.

 

Returns & exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges in line with applicable consumer protection laws.

All items must be checked carefully before purchase, including the size guide provided on each product page.

 

Standard (non-personalised) items

For non-personalised items, EU customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Tags and packaging must be intact
  • Customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Custom / personalised items

Customised or personalised items (including jerseys with printed names, numbers, or any customer-specific changes) are exempt from the 14-day cooling-off period under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.

 

Faulty or damaged items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos.

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Size responsibility

All items are produced to the measurements shown in the size guide on the product page.

Customers are responsible for checking sizing before purchase. We do not offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.

 

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds cover the product price and standard delivery costs where applicable. Upgraded shipping fees are non-refundable.
